H2O stands for Heart to Organizations – we help shape organizations to operate based on an understanding of human nature, rather than misleading principles and beliefs.

H2O also refers to the molecule of water. Water always finds its path. Likewise, people should know where they’re heading and how to overcome obstacles to reach their goals. We teach people how to navigate and overcome barriers.

Water is essential to life – just as employees are essential to an organization. And that’s exactly how they should be treated.

Water can also destroy. In the same way, poorly designed organizational principles can destroy trust, creativity, motivation, and the overall morale of people within the organization.

What principles is the H2O Approach based on?

Authenticity

We help participants get to know themselves better and consciously define their unique signature – What makes me unique? What should I build on? What defines me? Who am I, really?

Strengths and Talents

It is more effective to focus on developing and strengthening your strengths and talents than to concentrate on eliminating your weaknesses. We help participants discover ways to apply what they’re naturally good at in their everyday practice.

Psychological Safety

A sense of psychological safety is essential for learning. Within our trainings and programs, we create an environment where participants feel safe to learn and are not afraid to make mistakes.

Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone

Learning can only be achieved by stepping out of one’s comfort zone. We show participants the importance of constantly trying new things and facing new challenges – because that’s where the most powerful learning happens.

Behavior Change Through Habit Change

By habits, we mean a system of small steps and changes that we do regularly, which gradually lead to behavior change and the development of new skills we didn’t have before. We motivate participants to define new habits that will help them transform their lives.

  • We also offer our services in an online environment. As professionals, we take into account the specifics of online learning and development. We include more frequent breaks, work in small groups using breakout rooms, maintain a high level of interactivity, and keep participants engaged by alternating between different types of tasks and activities. At the same time, we apply all the H2O principles.
