Assessment center
Our Assessment Centre methodology provides a comprehensive profile of each participant. This profile is based on observed behaviours during group and individual model situations, as well as selected psychodiagnostic methods. Participants demonstrate their personality traits, managerial competencies, interpersonal qualities, and even untapped potential to experienced assessors. It is one of the most reliable methods for both employee selection (Assessment Centre) and employee development (Development Centre).

- • A one-day program focused either on selecting the right candidate for a given position or on employee development (Development Centre).
- • During the initial meeting with the client, we jointly define the key competencies required for the position.
- • We offer an extensive database of our own model situations and test batteries, from which we select the most suitable to measure your desired competencies.
- • Participants go through various types of model situations (individual, one-to-one, group), intelligence tests, personality questionnaires, and interviews conducted by our professional assessor team.
- • The result is a clear personality profile that includes evaluations of the agreed competencies and skills, an overview of strengths and weaknesses, and development needs.
- • This is followed by an individual feedback session where the participant, together with a coach, transforms the assessment outcomes into a personal development plan. We also provide feedback to the participant’s manager or the client, if requested.
