• Before coaching itself, the coach needs to know the content of the manager's or employee's work, their responsibilities, competencies and required skills and specify the goal of the coaching. 

• In coaching, we respect that each of us has the answers to our own topics, questions and problems, but they are not always accessible to our consciousness. The coach helps the coachee find a way to these answers.  

• The coachee receives various training videos, tips for professional books and articles, to strengthen the effect of coaching and also to get inspiration for further work.  

• The whole course of coaching is amplified by digital technology (24-hour measurement of heart rate variability), which supports the coachee in discovering her strengths and talents, internal sources of motivation and energy flows.  

• The result of coaching meetings is a specific plan of activities, steps, actions that moves the coachee closer to the defined development goal.
