360° Feedback
It is one of the most comprehensive tools for developing managerial skills, based on feedback from various categories of employees. Our proprietary, secure software system guarantees complete anonymity for your employees – a crucial factor throughout the entire process. Evaluators can complete the questionnaire on their computer or mobile device. We offer a wide database of in-house questions and will select those that best reflect the competencies you wish to assess and develop.

360° Feedback
- • Feedback from various categories of employees: the person being assessed, their subordinates, colleagues, supervisors, and possibly internal or external collaborators. It is conducted via an online questionnaire.
- • We provide a fully automated and secure software system.
- • We guarantee 100% anonymity.
- • During the initial meeting with the client, we define the focus areas for the feedback, select questions and evaluators, and agree on an internal communication campaign. This is followed by pilot testing and potential adjustments to the questionnaire.
- • Evaluators receive a personalized access link to the online questionnaire via email. They can start filling it out immediately after clicking the link.
- • Our questionnaire was developed in collaboration with Dr. Oscar Mink, professor at the University of Texas, and is based on the ExECS (Executive Excellence Career System) model.
- • The result is a clear final report for each assessed person, containing evaluations of specific competencies, individual questions, and open-ended statements.
- • This is followed by an individual feedback session for the assessed person, resulting in a personalized development plan.
