Leadership programs

Through a series of targeted steps, we help current and future leaders find the path to their own hearts (to themselves) and to the hearts of their people. We break down outdated and misleading principles and beliefs about working with people. We don’t aim for large organizational overhauls — instead, we focus on small, deliberate steps through which each leader slowly begins to shift the rules of the game and the way things are done. Even small changes in leadership behaviour can transform the culture of an entire organization. Our leadership programs take place directly at your workplace, during regular intervals, and are integrated into the daily life of your organization.

FROM MANAGER TO LEADER

  • A systematic year-long program for management (meetings held once a month).
  • Composed of 12 sessions, each focused on a different area (e.g. authenticity, trust, relationship building, key people, …).
  • The topic of each session is exclusively about people (hearts), not numbers or KPIs.
  • Each session combines hands-on activity, principle explanation, and reflection on current organizational practices.
  • The coach asks the right questions and lets the group discover the answers themselves.
  • The outcome of each session is a shift in mindset, a new habit, or a new routine.

FROM SPECIALIST TO MANAGER

  • A long-term program for potential and newly appointed managers.
  • Helps to understand the difference between the role of a specialist and that of a manager.
  • Reinforces identification with the manager’s role – directly in the workplace.
  • Focuses on acquiring and strengthening core managerial skills.
  • Includes 3–4 topic-based modules (e.g. delegation, conducting managerial conversations, trust, feedback…).
  • Each module results in new insights, discovering one’s own leadership style, and understanding how others function.

FROM INDIVIDUAL TO TEAM

  • A systematic program for management teams (top and middle management).
  • Each meeting focuses exclusively on the team and teamwork – not departments, projects, or goals.
  • Teamwork among managers significantly enhances creativity, use of complementary skills and knowledge, and mutual learning.
  • Meetings combine activities aimed at strengthening trust and a sense of belonging, explaining their importance, and reflecting on the current organizational culture.
  • The program includes 6 meetings focused on 6 different topics (e.g. collaboration, mutual learning, joint problem-solving…).
  • The coach asks the right questions and allows the group to find their own answers.
  • Each meeting results in a stronger sense of team spirit.
